    What's happening in September

As the nights draw in and the commute gets a little longer, we’ve still got plenty to look forward to in Stockport this September.

Indie Music festival Mercury Climbing takes over several independent venues across town for ten days with its strongest lineup yet.

Merseyway's Moon Festival brings mooncakes and lantern-making back to the town centre, and Foodie Friday closes out the month with street food and a few pints in the Market Place. There's a free heritage stroll in there too if you fancy something a bit quieter.

Know something happening in SK this month that should be on here? Drop us a message, we're always adding to the list. For more on Stockport's independent scene, check out our What's On guide or sign up to our newsletter.
