Weir Mill is throwing itself a launch party and you’re invited. WEIR:LIVE takes over the space under Stockport's Grade II* listed Viaduct on Saturday 3rd October from 11:30am to 10pm.

Factory Records legends A Certain Ratio are playing a DJ set, alongside Muddy Feet (Sticky Heat), NAM, Bobby Thorpe, Pangolin, Ste Macca, Annie Fay and Pop Vox Choir. Before I Die is bringing BiD Sound with Arrival, Jason Boardman J-Walk and Yasmin Lever, and there's a Playhouse Project Family Rave running earlier in the day for anyone bringing kids along. Two stages, one outdoor party space, under the arches.

Food and cocktails come from resident bars and the Beartown Brewery Bus will be parked up for the day. It's family-friendly and dog-friendly too.

Entry is free and donations can be made on the day for the Greater Manchester Mayor's Charity, so bring along some change because it’s a good cause init.

WEIR:LIVE, Saturday 3rd October, 11:30am–10pm, Weir Mill, Chestergate, Stockport SK3 0AG.
