Graham Massey once called The Strines Nightingale "the best pub in the world," and if you've ever ended up in that forest clearing at the end of Strines Road with a pint in hand, you'll know exactly what he means.
This August Bank Holiday it's doing what it does best on a bigger scale: Tree Music Nestival Weekend takes over the woodland arena for two days of outernational sounds, DJ sets, storytelling and enough good beer to make the walk back to the station feel optional.
Saturday leans into the psych-and-folk end of the lineup: The Orielles, Pye Corner Audio, Graham Massey himself, Lucy Hope, Julien Gasc, Stanley Chow, Richard Hector Jones and Felt Mistress. Sunday tips further towards the dancefloor with Gwenno, Paddy Steer, Justin Robertson, Andy Votel, Jazz Muckers, James Young and Thirteen Scorpios.

Where: The Strines Nightingale, 105 Strines Road, Strines, Stockport SK6
