Foodie Friday is teaming up with Mercury Climbing for one night only, and it's exactly the crossover you'd hope for. On Friday 25th September from 6pm, Stockport Market Place and Great Underbank get taken over for what the organisers are calling "Foodie Friday with a festival feel," so get your bucket hats and band t-shirts ready.

Street food vendors spread across both spots, with live music from Ethan Bouchier and Alex Lees, and covers headliners Blind Tiger closing things out at the Market Hall. Worth knowing this isn't just any street food night either, Stockport Foodie Friday was crowned Best Street Food Event in the entire UK at this year's British Street Food Awards, so turning up hungry is the right call. Get there early, it gets busy.
