Stockport Pride is back for 2026, and it's taking over the Historic Market Place for a full day of celebration, community and colour. Free to attend and open to everyone, this promises a fun packed day out in Stockport and it just keeps getting bigger.
What's on
Expect a full enetrtainment programme from start to finish. There's live music and drag acts on the main stage throughout the day, with BSL interpreters present for every performance. Away from the stage, you'll find stalls from local charities, community groups and makers to browse at your leisure.
The parade sets off from the Underbanks at 12 noon so get there early for a good spot.
Families are more than welcome. There's a dedicated family area for little ones, and a quiet space is available for anyone who needs a breather from the buzz.
Good to know
The event runs until 11am - 7pm. Dogs are welcome. The event is free to attend, no tickets needed, just turn up.
