Foodie Friday's back to its regular slot this month, the last Friday of August, fresh off hosting the British Street Food Awards Northern Heat the week before (if you missed that one, I covered it here) and beach-party themed so think deck chairs, tropical drinks, and dig out your flip-flops ready to celebrate the last of the summer at Stockport Market.

Get there early as this one always draws a crowd especially when the sun's out, with delicious street food, craft ales and live music throughout the Market Hall and down along the Underbank.
