Foodie Friday: April
If you haven't been to Foodie Friday yet, that's on you. Every last Friday of the month, Stockport's Market Place transforms into one of the best street food nights in the North West, with hungry visitors travelling from all over Greater Manchester. Over the last few months it has expanded with more traders into the Underbank and Merseyway, and returns bigger and better on Friday 25th April.

Who's there?
Whilst the line-up changes monthly, you can check @skfoodiefriday closer to the date for confirmed April traders. Some of the regulars include:
I Knead Pizza — Neapolitan wood-fired pizza with San Marzano tomatoes and Italian fior di latte mozzarella. There will be a queue. Join it anyway.
Oh Mei Dumpling — Handmade dumplings packed with pork, courgette, kale and ginger. One of the most-loved traders on the market with a queue that speaks for itself.
Nasi Lemak Street Food — Malaysian cooking drawing on Malay, Chinese, Indian and Thai influences.
Som Tam Street — Thai and Laos dishes made fresh, with solid veggie and gluten-free options on the menu.
WrapScallion — Toasted quesadilla wraps with fresh fillings. Good vegan options and easy to eat while wandering.
Tapas Y a la Carta — Spanish tapas and those legendary paellas. If they're serving paella that night, get some.
Halloumination — The best Halloumi fries.
Oh My Glaze — American-inspired grilled chicken and halloumi. Cleaner than it sounds, really good.
ArtiSam — Sustainable street food from the Smokebox. Worth tracking down
